The descendant of traditional African healers, Djenaba (Jen-Uh-Bah) Dioum Kelly spent her formative years in western Africa with her father’s family learning the ways of her people. Now, she incorporates many of the traditional healing methods of Africa into a unique spiritual coaching practice.
Djenaba holds an MA in Consciousness and Transformative Studies from John F. Kennedy University and currently studies at Stanford University’s CCARE (Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education) to become a certified Compassion Cultivation Training instructor. She is also a freelance writer having published articles in Spirituality & Health Magazine, Holistic Parenting Magazine and on Chopra.com. She offers a spiritual coaching model designed for people in the West that seamlessly integrates ancient African wisdom with Western therapeutic methods.
